Terms of use
Effective 31 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Modest Minds Private Limited (CIN U69200TN2026PTC197441, GSTIN 33AAVCM4502B1ZR), Plot No. 20, Door No. 4, Adithya Nagar, Anand Avenue, Nuthencherry, Madambakkam, Chennai – 600126, Tamil Nadu, India ("we"). Trackero is offered in India. By using Trackero, you agree to them. You must be 18 or over.
Not financial advice
Trackero helps you record money and see what it does to your goals. We aren't a bank, an investment adviser or an insurer. We don't hold your money, and we don't recommend any investment, loan or insurance product.
Pebble and the date estimates show facts worked out from what you entered. They can be wrong, and they depend on what you log. Pebble is an AI, so it can make mistakes. Check anything important yourself. You decide.
Not a crisis service
If you say something that sounds like you're not okay, the app may show Tele-MANAS (14416), a helpline in India. Trackero isn't medical or emergency help. In an emergency, call 112.
Your book and your backups
Your book lives on your phone, so looking after it is partly in your hands. If you lose your phone and have no backup or export, we can't bring it back, because we never had a copy. Export it regularly if it matters to you.
Free
Free needs no account. It includes typing your entries, one goal and a break estimate. What's in Free can change, but anything you've already logged stays yours.
Pro and its free trial
- Sign-in. Pro needs a sign-in with Google or an email code. Temporary email addresses aren't accepted. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Free trial. 14 days, one per person and per phone, with no card and no automatic charge. It comes with its own limits: 40 Pebble questions, 150 spoken lines, 30 minutes of voice and 2 goal pictures.
- Price. ₹999 a year or ₹129 a month. Google Play shows the final price before you pay. We may change prices for new purchases. For an existing subscription, Google Play tells you first, as its rules require.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. If you cancel, you keep Pro to the end of what you've paid for.
- Lifetime. A one-time payment for Pro for as long as Trackero exists, offered to the first 1,000 people. It never turns into a subscription. The fair-use limits below still apply.
- Refunds. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund rules. Nothing here takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.
- When Pro ends. Everything you've logged and every goal you've made stays. Pro's features switch off.
- Phones. Pro works on 2 phones per account. A third phone can replace the one used least recently, up to 3 times a month.
Tax documents
We may issue a GST invoice for a sale and a credit note for a refund. We keep them for as long as tax law requires, even if you delete your account. The privacy policy has the details.
Fair use
Pro's AI services cost us money for every use, so they have limits per account. If you reach one, the app falls back to what the phone can do by itself.
| Feature | A month | A year |
|---|---|---|
| Pebble questions | 100 | 600 |
| Spoken lines | 600 | 4,000 |
| Voice listening on our service | 15 minutes | 5 hours |
| Goal pictures | 6 | 12 |
We may change these limits. If a change makes them lower, we'll tell you in the app first.
Using it properly
Don't try to get around limits or trials, attack or overload the service, copy or resell it, or use it to break the law. Only send a photo you have the right to use, and nothing illegal or harmful. If you do any of this, we may suspend your account. We'd tell you why, unless the law stops us. You can always get a copy of your book, because it's on your phone.
What's ours and what's yours
Your entries, words and photos stay yours. You let us and our services use them only as the privacy policy says, to run the features you use. Trackero's name, the Pebble character, the app and its design are ours.
If something goes wrong
We work hard on Trackero, but it comes as it is. It may have bugs, and AI services may be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for money decisions you make using the app, or for indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, or ₹1,000 if that is more. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.
If Trackero changes or closes
If we plan to close Trackero, or a paid feature, we'll tell you in the app in advance whenever we can. The app's on-phone features don't depend on our server, so your book stays usable and exportable.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Trackero, cancel in Google Play and delete your account.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please write to support@trackero.in first. If we can't sort it out, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will hear it, without taking away any right you have to go to a consumer forum.
